Job Summary:

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing Pave America’s social media strategy, developing content calendars, and creating engaging posts that align with brand messaging. This role will work within the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through compelling social content.

 

This is a hybrid position that would require you to work on-site 3 days per week in Warrenton, VA.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and update content calendars to ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Content Creation & Management

  • Manage relationships with vendors (photographers, videographers, etc.) and outside agencies to ensure quality content is being generated.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design and edit social media graphics, short videos, and other visual content to support brand messaging.
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action to encourage interaction.

Community Engagement & Review Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers, industry leaders, and partners to foster relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and brand advocacy.
  • Manage online reviews, encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive feedback on Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate more reviews, improving online reputation and credibility.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track key social media metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement, follower growth, and campaign success.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance insights to enhance reach and engagement.

Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams

  • Work closely with regional marketing managers and sales teams to create social media campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
  • Align social media messaging with overall marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for engagement and content innovation.
  • Experiment with emerging social media features and formats to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in the construction, paving, or B2B industry is a plus.
