Pave America is a private equity-backed facility services company with over 30 operating companies across the U.S., generating ~$1 billion in annual revenue. We are a project-based construction business, our revenue is based on the percentage of completion methodology, and our primary accounting system is NetSuite. We acquire approximately 6 companies each year, and every operating company has its own accounting team. In addition to a regional leadership structure, we also have a corporate headquarters based in Warrenton, VA that has an accounting and finance team led by the Corporate CFO and the Corporate Controller. This position is an in-office position in the Corporate Accounting team in Warrenton, VA that helps oversee all of the subsidiary accounting teams.
