Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager – National Services is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cross-platform marketing initiatives that support Pave America’s national divisions, including Pave America National Services, America Sports Construction, and Pave America Utilities Division. This role will drive national brand consistency, enhance cross-division visibility, and support local and regional teams with strategic marketing resources.

This position requires a forward-thinking, highly organized marketer with strong analytical skills, multi-location marketing experience, and the ability to partner effectively with leadership, operations, and sales teams across the country.

 

This is a hybrid position that would require you to work on-site 3 days per week in Warrenton, VA.

 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute National Marketing Strategies
  • Build and implement strategic marketing plans that elevate visibility for Pave America National Services, America Sports Construction, and Pave America Utilities Division.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with national business goals, brand standards, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Partner with divisional leaders to understand service offerings, client needs, and opportunities for expansion.

Manage Multi-Channel National Campaigns

  • Lead digital, email, and traditional marketing efforts to generate demand for national divisions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns that support brand recognition and lead generation nationwide.
  • Work with external marketing agencies to optimize campaign performance and uphold brand integrity.

Support National Sales Team

  • Provide tailored marketing materials, playbooks, and sales enablement resources for local offices and national service teams.
  • Create custom presentations, brochures, case studies, and pitch materials for large-scale national and multi-regional opportunities.

Analyze Market Trends & Industry Insights

  • Conduct national-level market research to identify new growth opportunities across all divisions.
  • Monitor industry trends in paving, sports construction, and utilities to inform strategic direction.
  • Evaluate competitive activity and positioning to support smarter decision-making.

Budget Management

  • Manage national marketing budgets for Pave America National Services and related divisions.
  • Track spending, review agency invoices, and optimize budget allocation based on performance data.

Event & Sponsorship Coordination (National Level)

  • Lead event strategy for national trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and industry associations.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional assets, vendor partnerships, and on-site branding for national-level events.

Content Development & Messaging Alignment

  • Oversee content creation and approval for national campaigns, collateral, and digital assets.
  • Customize messaging for different divisions while ensuring alignment with Pave America’s brand standards.
  • Develop division-specific content such as case studies, video scripts, blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Performance Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs across all national marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign results and produce regular performance summaries for leadership.
  • Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, conversions, and ROI across divisions.

Cross-Functional & Cross-Division Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Pave America corporate marketing team, divisional presidents, operations leaders, and sales teams.
  • Coordinate efforts between national and local marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Partner with vendors, agencies, and creative teams to support national-level initiatives.

Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, infrastructure, sports construction, utilities, or a multi-location service industry.
  • Proven success managing national or multi-region marketing programs.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media, analytics).
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendor relationships.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for national events, division support, and meetings.
